Delivery & Returns

We operate on an exchange policy where customers have 28 days after receiving their order to return merchandise for an exchange if sizing is incorrect or the product itself is faulty. Please fill in our returns form to ensure that you have included all of the relevant information so we can get in contact and resolve your issue as soon as possible.
 
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
 
If you are sending your order back for an exchange, you will need to include a return shipping fee of £3 that can be payable by cash or Paypal. Please note: we do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning your item(s).
 
If you are using our click and collect service and want to return your order to one of our stores for an exchange or refund. Please note: Your refund request will processed the following day (please allow up to 24 hours for this to be actioned). If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative product we reccomend calling the store to notify them so that we can arrange for your items to be there ready for you. Zebra Boutique Online is a seperate business, your order will have to be processed through our online system and not over the counter.
